About Dr. Evelyn Heredia

Dr. Evelyn Heredia, also known as one of Nassau Council of Chamber of Commerce's "2022 Businessperson of the Year", is the owner of Phoenix Family Chiropractic in Malverne, NY, specializing in family, prenatal and pediatric care. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, following her Bachelors degree from Stony Brook University. Being of Ecuadorian descent, Dr. Evelyn is also bilingual in Spanish as well as English. She is currently a member of the Malverne Chamber of Commerce and resides in Commack, NY with her husband, Ken, her two sons, Jake and Ryan, and her dogs, Kenobi and Rosco.
